Community Profile Report
Every 5 years Susan G. Komen affiliates around the country conduct a comprehensive review of their service area; the programs and services offered; focus groups within the local community as well as what gaps in the continuum of care are evident.
Results are reviewed by the national Susan G. Komen Community Profile team and together, the local affiliate and the national office produce the Community Profile. The Profile is used as a road-map identifying a mission action plan, priority counties needing attention and a structured plan to meet those needs. These findings serve as key component of the affiliates’ Community Investment Strategy.
