2019 Pink Power Luncheon

This annual breast cancer awareness event offers free lunch, guest presentations, information about breast health, health-related resources and cancer risk reduction, as well as a souvenir item and door prizes. It is free to attend, but space is limited and reservations are required.

The 10th annual Pink Power Luncheon will be held Fri., Oct. 11. The luncheon will feature Jennifer Klemp, Ph.D., MPH, as guest speaker. Dr. Klemp is the founder and CEO of Cancer Survivorship Training and is an assoc. professor of medicine in the Division of Clinical Oncology and the director of Cancer Survivorship at the University of Kansas Cancer Center.

Generous support for the 2018 luncheon was provided by Manhattan Surgical Hospital. Also supporting the event were Dr. David Pauls, Holiday Inn at the Campus and Kistner’s Flowers.
